Cryptocurrency OTC Trader

Support in-store quotes, OTC transactions, customer communication and daily store operations.

HKD 15,000-20,000 / month, base plus commission

1-3 years in retail, customer service, money exchange or financial services preferred

Mong Kok / Causeway Bay stores

Key responsibilities

Handle exchange-rate quotes, fiat exchange, receipts and transaction record checks
Support online customer service, in-store customer reception and light paperwork
Assist store operations, errands and customer service arrangements

Requirements

Numerical awareness and basic calculation ability; crypto or money-exchange experience preferred
Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese with basic English for daily transaction communication
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced store environment

Compliance Officer

Support KYC, AML, transaction monitoring, customer due diligence and compliance records for in-store OTC workflows.

HKD 28,000-35,000 / month

1-3 years in compliance, KYC, AML, financial services or virtual assets

Hong Kong based, with store support in Mong Kok / Causeway Bay when needed

Key responsibilities

Review KYC / CDD materials, risk classification and documentation retention
Assist suspicious transaction monitoring, AML/CFT records and internal compliance checklists
Coordinate with store and customer-service teams on limits, identity checks and missing documents

Requirements

Basic understanding of Hong Kong AML/CFT, KYC or financial-services compliance requirements
Strong documentation, risk judgment and cross-team communication skills
Detail-oriented with confidentiality awareness for customer data and transaction records

Software Development Engineer

Build and maintain website, membership, KYC, pricing, admin and operations tools that improve transaction and service efficiency.

HKD 25,000-35,000 / month

1-3 years in web, backend, app or internal-system development

Hong Kong based / hybrid, able to coordinate with business teams

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain website, membership, KYC, pricing and admin features
Translate operational, compliance and store requirements into stable system functions
Handle API integration, data validation, error tracking and daily technical support

Requirements

JavaScript / TypeScript experience; React, Next.js, Node.js or Flutter experience preferred
Understanding of APIs, databases, Git workflows and basic information-security requirements
Proactive communication, debugging ability and delivery based on business priorities

General company requirements

Pre-university / Associate degree or above; relevant experience is preferred

Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, with basic English for work communication

Working hours and roster depend on the role and store / team needs

Reliable, honest, customer-data conscious and willing to follow company compliance and operation procedures
