Sign in to the Funshell app to delete your account directly.
- 1Open the app and go to Personal Centre.
- 2Select Delete account in the account settings.
- 3Review the data-retention notice and confirm the deletion request.

How to request account deletion
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you have uninstalled the app, cannot sign in or cannot use the in-app deletion feature, send a request to Funshell customer service.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your account.
- Include the registered phone number and account name so we can verify ownership.
- Clearly request deletion of your Funshell app account and associated data.
Do not email passwords, one-time verification codes, identity-document copies, wallet private keys or seed phrases. Customer service will contact you separately if further verification is required.
Data deletion and retention
Data that will be deleted
- Your Funshell member account and login access.
- Profile, contact settings and account-linked personal data that is no longer needed for service, legal or compliance purposes.
- Login sessions, push-device identifiers and other technical account data that is no longer required.
Data that may be legally retained
- Records that must be kept for AML, KYC, transaction records, audit, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legal obligations.
- Retained data is restricted to authorised personnel for compliance purposes and is not used for marketing. It is deleted, anonymised or access-restricted when the retention period ends.
Processing and confirmation
In-app processing starts after you confirm. Email requests require account-ownership verification to prevent an unauthorised person from deleting your account.
Funshell will confirm completion in the app or by email. Account deletion cannot be undone. If you use the service again, you may need to register and complete required verification again.
